Dakar Pollution

Dakar business owners are dumping toxic waste into the ocean at an alarming rate. Not to mention that they are left to do as they wish,there are no Dakar leaders to tell them other wise. Yes, at this moment toxic waste is being dumped into our oceans and India's officials do nothing.
Cast system should be imposed on the leaders and the business owners as they impose the immoral cast system upon their citizens. So lets cast those leaders and business owners who blatantly poison the Worlds Oceans into their toxic poison, plus fine them. I scream out to the United Nations to do something about this crime upon the World.
