Why are we so soft on crime?

It was on the books back in the 19th and first part of the early 20 Centuries that horse thieves as young as sixteen could be hung from a tree or a short drop gallows it was a slow and very painful death.

Why we get so soft on Major crimes today?

Today we pamper them in prisons with recreation,Tennis,Ping Pong, Horse shoes, Volley Ball, Weight lifting, Racket Ball, Softball, Football, some prison institutions even have bikes and the list goes on TV Rooms ( with more channels than middle class America can afford) musical equipment, card rooms for gambling, (rehabilitation at its finest) then we give them free medical,free dental.

So what the hell are we doing folks who is running this nation we live in? Criminals? Seems that way if you are so soft on these heinous crimes that go on every single day and seem, no; are progressively getting more frequent, and more violent. Nothing to fear you see. Bad guy says, “you gonna what? Put me in prison?” Most of these bad guys never had it so good in prison, so when their caught they are rewarded for there actions instead of punished.

Think about it folks here is an example. Horse thief hung sixteen years old slow painful death.

I am just going to pick a event in the news today here is a good example from Fox2 in Detroit.

“DETROIT (WJBK) - Detroit police have a person in custody after a mother was found dead inside her Detroit home earlier this week. The woman's 8-month-old daughter was also found nearby, unattended in her crib.

FOX 2 has learned police have Charmanek Johnson's ex-boyfriend in custody. He was arrested Tuesday night in an abandoned home on the city's west side.

His name has not been released. He is expected to be arraigned later this week.

Police say tips helped their investigation. The suspect was seen loading appliances from the scene of the crime into a truck shortly after the murder. 

FOX 2's Taryn Asher reports the 31-year-old was found with at least 50 stab wounds.

Her daughter had been taken to the hospital, where she was in critical condition due to dehydration. Lazaria had been left alone for at least three days.

She has been released from the hospital and is doing well, except her skin is still raw and swollen from where her dirty diaper had become stuck to her body.The guy is going to suck up a bunch of tax payers money,when we should hang him like a horse thief. No, better yet my Dad was in Vietnam and I remember a story i heard hundreds of times how He my Dad along with other American soldiers placed Vietnam prisoners on top of Ant hills and they sat around drinking beer as they watched the prisoners be eaten alive. Why my Dad do that to them prisoners? Because them prisoners were caught torturing our men with bird cages around their heads an starving rats inside the cage. That is what Mr. Johnson should get. One around his Johnson and the other cage on his head the other head he don’t think with.What do you think and why are we so soft on crime?
